Literature Festival 2023.

The 2023 Literature Festival organized by the Kalutara Municipal Council Public Library was staged vividly on 12.10.2023 at the Kalutara Municipal Council Town Hall. In this regard, the Community Development Officer provided guidance from the Librarian and the Secretary gave the lead. Mr. Dinesh Dharmapala, Assistant Commissioner of Local Government, Kalutara District graced the occasion as the Chief Guest. Watch the beauty of the events we received on those occasions.
